Sundays we 'prep' for our week ahead...each Sunday while meditate together on an IG Live...First Sundays are our SUNDAYS to gather in the grapevine healing space to not only ready ourselves for the week, but for the month ahead.
Sound bath meditations; a yoga flow, interactive activities that prepare us and ground us for the week and month ahead.
Setting our intentions for the month ahead, connecting with the collective and surrounding self with good vibes and good innerG.
